Life is Good!

 With good weather

 comes yard work!

 So there has been some pruning,

 and some planting going on around here! 

I can't wait for peas fresh out of the garden!!!

 Plus a special visit from this sweet little Easter Bunny

who made the cutest flower pot for me!

 

 We colored some eggs!

 And dedicated one to Italy!

 Happy Easter! 

 But the best thing!!! We met

Sister Taylor of sisterwightman.blogspot.com fame!

 And we also met Hal

who took this hilarious picture!

Thanks Hal! 

 Monday Mark had to have a little test (colonoscopy)

fun for him!

 And I won a bunch a stuff for "liking" Planet Fitness

on Facebook!

Plus we got all these package from Italy!

Life is good!

Two times St. George

In February I went to St. George

with my Mom for the funeral of her brother.

 And got to see so many of my cousins.

The Barton family

 The entire Cox family

 The Jackson family

 Taking a break from the funeral festivities.
The Wood family - and I went on a little adventure

 to the petroglyphs at Little Black Mountain

 and to the Glitter Pits.

 Then in March, Mark, Courtney and I went for a little holiday.

We visited Kayenta. I love these wind things.

 And red mountains.

 And these two!

Although it was cold and rainy

and we had to order hot chocolate for breakfast,

we still found a little time and a little sun

to enjoy a new hike in Snow Canyon.

And one on Red Rocks - the Butterfly Trail.

Courtney was the king of the mountain!

As anyone who reads this blog can see,

we never tire of beautiful

St. George!

Snow

 You know how the first snow storm in is fun

and festive?

And quite beautiful!

 Even the next few storms

 You can still appreciate.

 

 And even though you get sick of shoveling

 

It is still pretty.

  

But then - around February

when the same snow has been around for MONTHS,

 

that beautiful snow starts looking

like a scary monster.

Then it is seriously time to go - snow!!!

Miss Paige

Twenty-two years ago today

our family was made complete

by the grand entrance of

Paige!

Our little brown eyed girl!

I am now just putting some of my favorite pictures of Paige

because she is so darn cute! And she and Courtney just go together so well!

Here she is in kindergarten.

And then all the sudden she graduated from high school!

 She is such a wonderful person, such a sweet girl who loves with all her heart.

But mostly she loves her sissy! 

And Italy!
