Summer summer summer!

To start summer off with a bang
Mark got to meet Kalani Sitake.
And Ty Detmer for that matter.
So as not to be outdone - so did I - sans Ty Detmer.
Then we started our summer right
at our happy place.
We discovered a new little gem
 Red Hills Desert Garden
 We took a new hike.
 Owen's Loop
Since it was Memorial Day we visited graves of loved ones.
 When the girls joined us
we took another new hike
 Kanarraville Falls.
 And we relaxed poolside.
Someone took a really cute picture of my really cute girls.
Courtney hosted a baby shower/pool party
for her friend and ours - Audrey!
It was Father's Day and I took a picture of
my girls and their father.
We went on a nice Sunday drive and drove through a
horrible hail storm which damaged our car badly.
We finally finished putting rocks in our flower bed next to the house.
These adorable people came to visit SLC.
From Texas.
We got a firepit for our back yard
and the girls gave Mark a beautiful patio rug.
We had a party with the Wightmans.
Paige had a conference for work in Florida.
Courtney went along and they visited Disney World!
And cousin Jason and family!
(Incidentally, they never wanted to come home!)
Over the 4th of July we went back to St. George.
Because that is what we do.
This time the Hamiltons were there too!
They took us boating on Quail Creek.

I'm putting these in here because
these two are so adorable
and I love them.
We had a party at work.
Not really - we just had photo booth props so we used them!
Mark and I hung out with Paige and these two one day.
And we had a Wood party.
Lowe playing with water.
Penn and Great Grandma discussing the skin on Great Grandma's hands.
Kenzie and James

This is an old cousin picture taken in 1999 maybe.
This is the cousins trying to recreate it.
Here are some of the next generation with Grandma.
And then we danced.
Mark and I tried to go to the Payson Salmon Supper
and this is as far as we got. It was pouring!
Then our girl had a birthday.
Mark and I went down to St. George again
and tried a new hike - Shinob Kibe.
There is a navigational arrow on the top to guide mail planes.
The king of the hill.
We finally made it to Salt Lake Farmer's Market.
The flowers!
These three!
And this!

Summer 2016 has been goooooooood!
